What the Job Involves
As a Housing Supply Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the supply of temporary and PRS housing meets demand and quality standards. You will work with the market to fulfill local authority homelessness duties, securing suitable properties, and managing landlord relationships. Your work will also involve converting and handing back leases, advising landlords, and resolving service issues. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to maximize housing availability and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
