You are committed to working collaboratively within a diverse team to promote quality services and principles of empowerment for adults at risk. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively engage with a range of agencies and teams across the Borough.
What the job involves
The role involves working within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, a frontline service integrating various partnership agencies like Social Work practitioners, Police, Health, and emergency services. You will share information to improve decision-making concerning adults at risk, use assessment and decision-making skills to support adults in managing risk, and help identify the need for support and assistance. A significant part of your role will be to demonstrate commitment towards creative and forward-looking practices in safeguarding.
