What the Job Involves
As a Fleet Service Advisor, you will work closely with the Fleet Operations Manager and workshop supervisor to deliver high-quality fleet repairs and maintenance for the Council's vehicle and equipment assets. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the fleet database and scheduling maintenance tasks. This role also involves being the first point of contact for workshop and service queries, managing service level agreements, and liaising with both internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure timely maintenance and inspections of the fleet.
