What the Job Involves

Your role involves undertaking a variety of enhancement projects independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include carpentry work, such as creating boxed planters, painting, performing pressure and window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and basic grounds maintenance. You serve as the first point of contact for residents in the neighborhood, ensuring that all services provided align with best value principles.
