Role

Who You Are

An experienced complaints handler with a knack for resolving issues to customer satisfaction. Experience in housing or local authority is advantageous but not necessary. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can manage your own caseload effectively.

What the Job Involves

Reporting to the current Complaints Managers within the Housing Complaints and Resolution team in the Housing and Regeneration Department. This role is pivotal in the reorganisation of complaints handling in Council Housing, aiming to meet demand and comply with the Housing Ombudsman's complaints handling code. This is a full-time position required onsite at the Edmonton hub for 2 days per week, initially for 3 months with an option to extend.
