What the Job Involves

As a Construction Project Manager with the CMFM department at Enfield Council, you will play a crucial role in delivering a capital programme exceeding £100m over the next five years. Your responsibilities will include defining, developing, procuring, and delivering a mix of capital construction projects, typically ranging from £750k to £10m. You will lead your team in effective cost management, project management, and service improvement, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
