You are an essential team player in the statutory SEN Team, dedicated to providing high-level quality and comprehensive business support services. You are adept at managing both operational and strategic aspects of the service, ensuring compliant and efficient maintenance of EHC Plans for pupils with special educational needs. Your ability to follow standard operating procedures with limited supervision allows you to champion continuous improvement and implement efficient working methods.
What the Job Involves
As an SEN Projects Officer, you will provide vital support to the SEND Team and its leaders, ensuring the effective implementation of statutory procedures and the appropriate placement and ongoing provision arrangements for pupils. You will collaborate closely with families and service providers to develop and uphold coproduced practice standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with training, development, and workforce planning, and keeping up-to-date with legislative changes related to SEN.
