What the Job Involves
The Compliance Support Officer is responsible for ensuring efficient operation of Compliance Services, which includes tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and managing administrative tasks specific to the service. The role also involves reviewing risk assessments and service records, uploading documentation accurately, and liaising with contractors and various departments to ensure timely compliance certifications. You will assist in setting service plans, organizing workloads, and resolving contractor and landlord enquiries effectively. The job also requires you to support different work streams, maintain effective communication, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
