What the Job Involves
This role requires collaboration with the Fleet Operations Manager and the workshop supervisor to deliver high-quality fleet repairs for the Council's vehicle fleet and equipment. Responsibilities include arranging Service Level Agreement meetings, monitoring service standards, and managing the vehicle and equipment database. You will serve as the primary contact for workshop supplier queries and ensure efficient scheduling for inspections, services, and MOT appointments.
