Who You Are

You are passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities and are committed to helping them maximize their independence within their own homes. You have experience in person-centered planning and are skilled in upskilling individuals in cooking, budgeting, and accessing the community. You are flexible and able to work on a four-week rolling rota.

What the Job Involves

This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities to enhance their independence and daily living skills within their own homes. You will be working on a flexible four-week rolling rota which includes working varied shifts, with Sundays paid at an enhanced rate.
