You have experience in person-centered planning and enjoy helping individuals enhance their skills and access their community.

What the Job Involves

As a member of the Outreach Team, you will support adults with learning disabilities. This includes helping them develop essential life skills such as cooking and budgeting, and assisting them in engaging with their community. You will work on a 4-week rolling rota, with hours from 3pm to 7pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Sundays are included and will be compensated with an enhanced rate of pay.
