What the Job Involves
As a Housing Supply Officer within the Market Management Services, you will work to ensure that temporary accommodation (TA) and private rented sector (PRS) housing supplies meet current demand and quality standards. You will procure new housing solutions, convert existing leases, and manage the effective handover of properties. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance housing supply, providing landlord guidance, and addressing service delivery issues efficiently.
The position is hybrid, with office attendance in Edmonton required once a week, and involves onsite visits to meet managing agents and landlords.
