Who You Are
You are an experienced Repairs Supervisor with extensive experience in social housing and a strong trade background. You have the ability to converse fluently in English and exhibit politeness and courtesy in all interactions. You are knowledgeable in building regulations and compliance, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and have a solid understanding of the construction industry.
What the Job Involves
In this role, you will oversee a team of high-performing repairs operatives to ensure high-quality work standards and efficient material use. You will conduct complex diagnostics and coordinate multi-trade repair projects for issues affecting multiple properties, such as major leaks. Responsibilities include carrying out toolbox talks, conducting one-on-one meetings, managing void teams to meet timelines, performing pre and post inspections on tenanted properties, attending evening tenant association meetings, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. A van and fuel are supplied by Enfield Council.

- Flexibility to meet community needs and provide emergency response
