What the Job Involves
The role involves supervising a team of repairs operatives to maintain high work standards and efficient material use. You will conduct complex diagnostics, manage multi-trade repair projects, and coordinate repairs affecting multiple properties. The position requires carrying out tool box talks, conducting one-to-one meetings, and managing pre and post inspections on tenanted properties. You will also oversee the void team, ensuring timely delivery and participate in evening tenant association meetings. Compliance with health and safety regulations and being responsive to customer needs is crucial.
