What the Job Involves
The role of Repairs Planner involves planning and scheduling repair appointments and programmed works to maximize efficiency and ensure high levels of service delivery. You will work to tight deadlines, coordinating complex repairs using high-level trade knowledge. Responsibilities include managing customer feedback, ensuring emergency works are completed safely and timely, and reporting on operative performance. You will engage with a range of internal and external parties, overseeing the efficient use of both in-house and subcontracted resources. You will also play a role in the induction of new starters and maintenance of operational records.
