What the Job Involves
This office-based position, located in the Edmonton Green Office, requires you to plan and schedule responsive and programmed maintenance works. By leveraging your comprehensive trade knowledge, you coordinate complex repairs and liaise closely with residents and various internal and external teams. You monitor real-time operative performance, arrange emergency priorities, and ensure service excellence through effective communication and resource management. Admin duties involve maintaining accurate records, raising repairs, and actively managing customer feedback to achieve the council's service objectives.
