What the Job Involves
Reporting to the Disrepair Manager, this role involves overseeing the delivery of planned repairs. You will conduct site visits with contractors to scope works, perform inspections at various stages of repair, and manage quality control processes. Your responsibilities include approving payments and expenditures, ensuring work is completed within agreed timelines, and providing detailed technical reports. You will also utilize data systems to track projects and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
