Who You Are
You are focused and passionate about delivering your best while representing the Borough in a mature, robust, and professional manner. You have electrical qualifications and at least 3 years of experience working in a social housing background. You also have knowledge of working with the NHF schedule of rates.
What the Job Involves
The role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical works. You will specialize in electrical projects and oversee the checking and signing off of domestic properties' electrical test certificates. You will work with Enfield Repairs Direct and be based in our Edmonton Green Office 2 to 3 days a week, with a 36-hour working week.
