Who You Are
We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join Enfield’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) as a Family Information and Advice Officer. You must have previous experience working within Children’s Services and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a confident approach to multi-agency working.
What the Job Involves
This high-impact role involves working within Enfield MASH, the single point of contact for referrals into our Early Help and Children’s Social Care services. You will conduct MASH enquiries in partnership with Social Workers and other professionals, ensure timely and proportionate responses, provide feedback to referrers, and maintain accurate records. The role requires you to offer advice and guidance on services available to children and families, and liaise closely with internal and external partners to deliver coordinated multi-agency responses.
