What the Job Involves
As a Technical Support Officer in Building Control, you will be responsible for managing Building Control applications and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes. Your duties include monitoring tasks, processing and validating applications, handling financial transactions, and maintaining statutory records. You will produce performance reports, support customer service developments, and help implement service improvements. Regular interaction with professional bodies and service users is expected. You'll also be involved in organisational adjustments to align with legislative changes and uphold data protection standards.
