What the Job Involves
Your role involves providing essential front office support to the Fleet Services department. You will manage accurate data within the fleet vehicle workshop and asset management systems, ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Duties include overseeing vehicle and equipment scheduling for maintenance, inspections, and testing, while working closely with the Fleet Engineering Manager and workshop supervisor. You will also handle parts invoice reconciliation, engage with external suppliers, and ensure alignment with MOT/service bookings.
