Who You Are
A Non-Residential Caretaker with at least six months of experience in a similar role. You have a solid understanding of health and safety regulations and are knowledgeable about the use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH). You are proactive and can work independently, which will be advantageous for this position.
What the Job Involves
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the premises, understanding and implementing health and safety protocols, and efficiently managing cleaning supplies and chemicals. You will be expected to take initiative and work independently to ensure a high standard of care for the facilities.
