What the Job Involves
The main duties include participating in multi-agency working with internal and external partners, using your initiative to effectively manage a range of ASB cases from first report to conclusion, including legal action when required. You'll manage ASB cases in line with the incremental approach, identify and manage risk levels of all parties involved, plan and prioritise to meet targets and deadlines, attend partnership meetings, and support vulnerable residents. You'll also provide support and signpost to domestic abuse survivors and maintain accurate records. An enhanced DBS check is required.
