Victim Services Coordinator
Who You Are
An ambitious, outcomes-driven worker who leads with compassion and humility. You possess experience within the delivery of Youth Justice and can support victims using a trauma-informed, child-first approach. You are capable of building effective partnerships with stakeholders and have a deep commitment to restorative justice and community safety.
What the Job Involves
As a Victim Services Coordinator, you'll develop effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to promote Enfield's "Victim offer." Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing victim support in line with the Victims Code of Practice.
- Developing victim services for children and families, focusing on those affected by youth violence and other crimes.
- Contributing to Victims & Restorative Approaches Strategy and victim reports.
- Coordinating with partners to deliver community interventions for children.
- Updating and maintaining the YJS victim tracker and other data collation tasks.
- Contributing to the evaluation of the impact of victim work within the community.
