Who You Are
You are an experienced Fleet Service Advisor with substantial experience in a fleet/workshop environment, adept at maintaining detailed records using IT systems and ensuring high levels of data accuracy. You possess a mechanical knowledge of repair processes and are capable of providing exceptional customer service. Your role involves liaising directly with customers, being the first point of contact for queries, and handling parts invoice reconciliation.
What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibilities include providing front office support for high-quality fleet repairs, managing vehicle and equipment assets, and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders. You will schedule and inform vehicle/equipment users about safety inspections, services, MOTs, and LOLER tests. Moreover, you will contribute to maintaining service level agreements, analyzing vehicle downtime and maintenance costs, liaising with external suppliers, and supporting business continuity plans.
