What the Job Involves
The Fleet Service Advisor is responsible for providing essential front office support to ensure the delivery of high-quality fleet repairs and customer service. Tasks include managing customer and supplier queries, reconciling parts invoices, scheduling inspections, and ensuring accurate record keeping for council and customer vehicle fleets. You will work closely with the Fleet Engineering Manager, workshop supervisor, and external service providers to ensure all fleet operations align with service level agreements and DVSA regulations.
