What the Job Involves
As a Fleet Service Advisor, you will provide front office support to ensure high-quality fleet repairs for Council and customer vehicle fleets and equipment. You will be the primary contact for workshop queries, responsible for customer service excellence. You will manage parts invoicing, schedule inspections, services, and MOT appointments, and reconcile parts invoices. The role also involves liaising with external service providers to ensure compliance with service bookings and maintaining accurate vehicle and equipment records. You will also develop effective quality systems and contribute to budget monitoring and the business continuity plan.
