You are part of a dynamic Children's Centre Hub Team committed to delivering quality play and communication activities. Your focus is on enhancing communication, language, and literacy skills in young children, while also supporting their overall development and readiness for school.
What the Job Involves
In this role, you will work at Enfield children’s centres, engaging with children aged 0 – 4 years to bolster their communication skills. You will also be responsible for entering data concerning user activities and outcomes from Worker-led events, following the Centre’s administrative procedures. Your efforts will help deliver essential services aimed at improving outcomes for young children and their families, focusing on key areas such as child development and readiness for school, parenting skills, and health and life chances. This role requires flexibility, as you will carry out daily remote work at various children's centre settings, including satellite and community sites.
