What the job involves
The Business Operational Support Officer provides high level quality and comprehensive business support services to various teams within the Children and Family Service. Responsibilities include supporting statutory meetings and panels, minute taking, record keeping, data entry and analysis, and managing IT systems. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining customer service excellence, and contributing to service improvements and project teams. You will assist in the Request for Funding process and provide frontline reception services while adhering to the council's policies and procedures.
