What the Job Involves
As a Repairs Supervisor, you will lead a team of multi-trade operatives to deliver high-quality repairs in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves conducting complex diagnostics, managing multi-trade repair projects, and ensuring that work meets quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for pre and post-inspections, overseeing the void team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will attend meetings, provide technical guidance, carry out toolbox talks, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure a responsive and customer-centered service.
