You are an excellent communicator with expertise in handling payroll queries through various channels such as email, telephone, and in-person interactions. You possess an extensive and up-to-date knowledge of PAYE, statutory obligations, taxable benefits, individual payments, and payroll year-end processes. You are flexible, and you have a proactive attitude towards improving standards and productivity within the team.
What the Job Involves
The role involves contributing to the smooth operation of the payroll service by coaching and developing colleagues. You will handle a full range of complex customer and technical queries and issues. You will provide day-to-day support to Payroll Officers and assist Principal Payroll Officers and Payroll Managers with projects and process changes.
