What the Job Involves
As an Assistant Engineer in the Design and Construction Pillar, you will be responsible for the delivery of new design and construction schemes from inception to completion. This role involves project management tasks such as inspections, surveys, feasibility studies, and financial control. You will oversee design and site supervision, as well as contract management. Providing expert advice on environmental and civil engineering design, highway maintenance, and asset management will be key. You will handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring effective budgetary control.
