What the Job Involves
This role involves serving as a practice lead in the Youth Justice Service, primarily focused on delivering high-quality practices to reduce offending rates among young people in Enfield. You will champion best practices across the service, providing leadership and support for a dedicated area of practice. A small caseload will be maintained, working directly or alongside team members when necessary. You'll liaise with courts, including Magistrates and Crown Courts, representing the Youth Justice Service, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the court process.
