What the Job Involves
This role involves providing comprehensive support to service users, empowering them to plan and achieve their desired outcomes. You will work both independently and as part of a team to meet service objectives and contribute to the smooth operation of the service. You will work flexibly to ensure residents in Housing for older people and specialist housing receive a holistic service that addresses the needs of the wider community. Managing complex casework is a key part of this role, including issues related to safeguarding, domestic abuse, mental health, and more. Additionally, you will handle property management duties, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, conducting inspections, and testing dwellings regularly.
