We are seeking an HR Partner with substantial experience in managing employee relations (ER) casework. As part of our Enfield Schools HR Team, you will be committed to both ethical responsibility and sustainable success. This role requires you to travel by car to various locations and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the education sector. You should have a strong generalist HR background and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
What the Job Involves
As an HR Partner, you will provide a comprehensive generalist HR service and act as a trusted advisor to schools and trusts. You will manage complex ER cases, support customers through people matters, and provide pragmatic, risk-based advice. Additional responsibilities include conducting workplace investigations, developing and delivering training sessions, drafting policies, supporting TUPE processes, and contributing to HR projects. This role requires balancing a not-for-profit ethos with a customer service focus.
