What the Job Involves
As a Housing Supply Officer, you will ensure that temporary accommodation (TA) and PRS housing supply meets demand and quality standards. Your role includes acquiring new housing in line with policies, converting existing leases to new schemes, and managing accommodation handbacks. You will improve housing availability to fulfill local authority homelessness duties, secure PRS efficiently, manage landlord relationships, procure leases suitable for temporary use, and offer advice to increase trust in the PRS market. Additionally, you will monitor service delivery and address arising issues.
