What the Job Involves
In this role, you will conduct essential safety checks on fire equipment in residential buildings, including communal fire doors, smoke alarms, CO alarms, and emergency lighting. You will execute a robust inspection regime, extending to water system safety checks when applicable. Engaging effectively with customers and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of professionalism is crucial. You will ensure safety compliance while enhancing the customer/stakeholder experience.
