Who You Are
You are knowledgeable about mental health within the context of a social care setting. You have hands-on experience conducting Care Act Assessments, Safeguarding Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and handling Court of Protection matters. You excel in building relationships with colleagues and clients to aid in planning and implementing solutions that enable individuals to receive necessary support. You are experienced, confident, and capable of working independently and efficiently in a busy service environment.
What the Job Involves
The role involves being part of the Mental Health Social Care Service, working across two teams. You will be responsible for conducting assessments and enquiries relevant to mental health and social care. This includes undertaking critical tasks such as Care Act Assessments and Safeguarding Enquiries, as well as performing Mental Capacity Assessments and engaging in Court of Protection duties. Your role will focus on collaboration and communication to ensure support strategies are effectively planned and implemented. You will be using MOSAIC for recording all necessary work.
