What the Job Involves
This role involves gathering comprehensive information as part of the MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) enquiry to assess risk and protective factors. You will provide feedback to referrers, ensuring relevant and accurate information is shared according to Data Protection legislation and Working Together 2023 guidelines. You will offer advice to professionals on finding resources and services to meet the needs of children and families. Collaborating closely with Social Workers and MASH partner agencies, you contribute to a coordinated multi-agency response. You manage sensitive data effectively to maintain up-to-date records and assist in the production of statistical and management reports.
