What the Job Involves
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will manage and deliver operational services within a specified locality area, providing professional leadership to ensure high-quality social work practices. Your responsibilities include supporting adults to remain independent, delivering coordinated social care services, preventing hospital admissions, and giving individuals control over their care. You will lead in safeguarding efforts, supervise qualified workers, manage complex cases, and develop improvement strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing performance data, contributing to service developments, and ensuring compliance with The Care Act and other professional standards.
