What the job involves
Collaborating with the Community Mental Health Team at East London NHS Trust to deliver a comprehensive social work service. This role includes working within the frameworks of the Care Programme Approach and the Care Act, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. You will be responsible for providing assessment, advice, and assistance to individual service users both in hospital and community settings, with the objective of improving outcomes for service users and their carers.
