What the Job Involves
You will be part of a supportive, competent, and caring team providing high-quality administrative support services to colleagues. Responsibilities include responding to emails, taking minutes, managing mailboxes, procurement of goods and services, and dispatching information. You will also be the primary point of contact via telephone, liaising with professionals, outside agencies, and the public. This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage challenging behavior.
