You possess a suitable level of building pathology and mechanical & electrical (M&E) system knowledge. You are well-versed in project management, ensuring seamless execution of compliance tasks and effective contractor collaborations. Willingness to travel extensively across the Borough for site inspections is essential.
What the Job Involves
The role is based within the Strategic Property Team's Facilities Management unit, dedicated to a fixed-term Compliance Project aimed at ensuring a fully compliant property estate for the Council. You will conduct site inspections, manage third-party contractors to rectify compliance issues, and update the compliance tracker. You will work alongside two project-specific Lawyers for statutory compliance guidance and coordinate with the permanent Compliance Team to support ongoing operations and documentation.
