Who You Are
You are an experienced Mental Health Social Worker with a passion for recovery-focused mental health pathways. You thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment and have a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals through effective partnership working with health colleagues.
What the job involves
The role involves acting as the named/link social worker for the Pimlico Recovery House and providing social work expertise to staff and residents. You will participate in daily duty rotas, undertake assessments and care planning under the Care Act, and lead safeguarding enquiries. You'll work across the Vauxhall office, Recovery House, and in the community, supporting team performance and service delivery.
Skills
- Social Work England registration
- Experience in community mental health team
- Knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation
- Effective partnership working
