Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced Social Housing Planner to join our team. You will play a critical role in coordinating and managing a team of 12 tradesmen and subcontractors within a social housing environment.
What the Job Involves
Your key responsibilities will include planning and scheduling works, managing and coordinating a team of operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring the efficient allocation of jobs and resources. You will liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams while maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2–3 days in the Edmonton Green office and 2 days working from home. Please note that this position requires proven experience working as a planner within social housing.
