Who You Are
You are a dedicated individual with extensive post-qualification experience in painting and decorating. You understand the needs of people from diverse backgrounds and are committed to promoting the CLEAR values of NCHA. With a valid driving license, you embody excellent communication skills and have a robust understanding of current Health & Safety requirements.
What the Job Involves
As a Multi-Skilled Painter, you will deliver an innovative, efficient, and flexible painting and maintenance service. You will organize and carry out painting, decorating, and repair work on NCHA’s housing stock and managed properties. You will also ensure compliance with relevant legislation, identify customer needs, and coordinate with other trades for seamless service delivery. You'll be responsible for maintaining access equipment safely and effectively, contributing to team performance, and adhering to Health & Safety standards.
