What the Job Involves
As a Mould Marshall, you will improve living conditions for residents by addressing damp and mould issues in properties. Responsibilities include removing damp and mould, applying mould treatments, completing painting and decorating tasks, and traveling to various locations across Camden for scheduled and emergency works. Compliance with health and safety standards and Awaab’s Law is essential. You will report property defects or hazards, ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and transparency, and work closely with residents and colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
