Who You Are

As a successful Out of Hours Customer Service Advisor, you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and possess strong communication skills. You are flexible, willing to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. You have good IT skills and are competent in using Microsoft Office and Windows.

What the Job Involves

In this role, you will work as part of the Out of Hours Team at Lincolnshire County Council's Corporate Hub. You will be the first point of contact for emergency calls related to Adult's and Children's Social Care, as well as inquiries about District Council Services and local services like Libraries and Heritage. You'll handle sensitive calls from professionals and the public, gathering and processing information efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
