You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in EHCP casework and a proven track record in managing teams and leading projects. Your ability to drive performance and improve processes will be pivotal in supporting progress towards KPIs. Ideally, you have a background in working with EOTAS, CME, EHE, and vulnerable young people, with a thorough understanding of the nuances involved.
What the job involves
This role involves leading projects within the EHCP Annual Reviews team, focusing initially on casework related to EOTAS/CME/EHE and vulnerable young people with an EHCP. You will spearhead an initiative aimed at enhancing the timeliness of Annual Reviews. In addition, you will be responsible for line managing a small team of caseworkers, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
