You need to be proactive, capable of independently resolving issues, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities to handle the Director's office functions, manage a complex diary and inbox, and provide essential support to achieve strategic goals.
What the Job Involves
The job involves full administrative, executive assistant (EA) and secretarial support to the Director. You will manage the forward plan, schedule meetings, prepare reports, take minutes, track action progress, and organize office functions. You will also handle communication with stakeholders, manage data, and present information in various formats. The role includes organizing events, ensuring compliant record-keeping, and providing guidance to both internal and external customers.
