You are a motivated and experienced Occupational Health Advisor with a proven track record of working to the highest standards both clinically and operationally. You are passionate about the positive impact that proactive occupational health can bring to organisations. You thrive in a flexible working environment and can self-manage your workload effectively. You are customer, performance, and solution-focused, with strong experience in case management. You are looking for a part-time position (15 – 22.5 hours over 2 or 3 days) where you can work alongside a team of dedicated professionals and experts.
What the job involves
As an Occupational Health Advisor in North Yorkshire County Council’s Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service, you will deliver occupational health services, health promotion activities, and health surveillance programmes to managers and staff across the Council, Schools & Academies, and external contracts. You will have significant autonomy to self-manage your own caseload and work flexibly from home, though the service is based on campus at the County Hall offices in Northallerton.
