Programme Manager (Digital, Data and Technology)

Who You Are

You are an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in digital delivery within complex stakeholder environments. Ideally, you have experience in the public sector and possess agile or other digital methodology qualifications. You are a strong leader, capable of managing and motivating teams, and possess strong influencing and negotiation skills. You demonstrate integrity, support your colleagues, maintain a growth mindset, and champion diversity.

What the Job Involves

This role involves leading and managing Barnet Council's DDaT projects to achieve strategic goals, including financial sustainability. You will manage a team, guide digital strategy, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include prioritizing the DDaT backlog, developing digital functions, and providing senior business partnering to support the council's services. You will also contribute to establishing a digital-first mindset and manage relationships with stakeholders.
